Background
My involvement in the wiki world began when I was invited to the celebration of 10 Years of Indonesian Wikipedia. Since then, I have actively contributed to the open knowledge ecosystem, especially on Indonesian Wikipedia and the Wiki-ID Community. Some time later I joined the Wikimedia Jakarta Community and then branched out into other Wikimedia communities.
In 2020 I briefly joined the Respati Project, a relaxed and fun writing challenge on Wikipedia, both individually and in pairs. Later, through a DanaWiki grant, I took part in the WikiMaèn project as one of the project managers for WikiSeratSerèt II (October 2025 – February 2026). In 2026, I was entrusted as one of the jurors for the Data Presentation Competition 2026 on Wikimedia Commons.
Since 2025, I have served as an administrator on Indonesian Wikipedia. My community activities include wikilatih (workshops), kopi darat (offline meetups), monthly meetings, and bonding nights (malam keakraban) supported by Wikimedia Indonesia. Beyond that, I design mobile and web applications as personal projects, not official Wikimedia projects, integrating geospatial APIs (OpenStreetMap) and MediaWiki endpoints.
My work has also been brought to community forums: I presented Wikilokal in the Lightning Talks at the Wikimedia ESEAP Conference 2026 in Kaohsiung, Taiwan, and Wikirekap was used in the WikiRempah training in Tidore. I also took part in Wikimania 2025 in Nairobi and in WikiNusantara in Padang (2022) and Makassar (2026). In 2026, I was one of the presenters of the “Template and Module Maintenance” session at WikiCendekia 2026 (Surabaya) and as one of the voice performers for the “Kamus Betawi” segment in the Wikimedia Jakarta Community’s planned collaboration with Bens Radio to preserve the Betawi language through radio broadcasts (WikiUmrup). In September 2026, I served as the coordinator (person in charge) of the Malay Wiktionary Meetup together with Zahirul Nukman-WMMY of the Wikimedia Community User Group Malaysia, the first offline event of the Wikimedia Jakarta Community with an international partner organization.

🌐 Wikilokal
A free app that shows Wikipedia, Wikimedia Commons, Wikidata, and OpenStreetMap content based on location: articles, photos, and data about places within a 3 km radius of your location or any point on the map. Available for Android, Windows, macOS, and web.
✈️ Time FIDS
A world clock styled like an airport information board (dot matrix) for viewing the time in various cities and time zones in FIDS (flight information display system) format.
🖼️ WikiGaleri
A multimedia gallery for browsing Wikimedia Commons files by keyword, media type, and nearby location. Each file's license is shown, and files can be downloaded with a ready-written credit line. Gemini AI (Gemini 3.1 Flash-Lite) gives a short explanation of each file and a summary of nearby photos.
📊 Wikirekap
A browser-based tool for recapping Wikimedia contribution impact per project: articles edited, number of edits, bytes, pageviews, and file usage on Commons. Results can be exported to PDF or JSON.
📈 Impact: used in the WikiRempah training in Tidore to check participants' contributions.
🔥 WikiPeringkat
A browser-based tool for viewing the top 100, 250, or 500 most-read (Trending) or most recently created (Latest) pages on any Wikimedia project, by namespace: Main, Project, File, or Category. The period can be set from today to all time, or to a custom date range. Results can be searched, shown as a list or grid, previewed, and saved as a PDF complete with creation dates and page creators. Available in Indonesian and English, with a dark mode.

📝 Wikiabstrak
Explore Wikidata entities and compile factual summaries from structured data without AI, complete with photos and links to Wikimedia sister projects. It also includes a section that helps create articles on Abstract Wikipedia, with a ready-made lead-paragraph recipe for starting or editing language-independent articles.

🩺 MedWikiNoImage
A web app for finding articles without images on MDWiki, the Wiki Project Med Foundation site created by Doc James. It fetches the WikiProjectMed article list (over 2,800 titles in 13 sections), checks each article straight from the browser through the MDWiki API, following redirects, and shows the results by section, ready to copy or download as a PDF. Available in Indonesian and English, with a dark mode.
🧭 User script Wikivoyage checker for English Wikivoyage: rebuilds the "files used on this wiki" table of a Commons category, keeps the Date Checked column, and marks in red every map uploaded again after the last check.
🎙️ WikiSuara
Web app for recording the pronunciation of words and phrases, especially regional languages, as material for Wikimedia Commons and Wiktionary. Runs in the browser with no login; output is standard-named 16-bit mono WAV files, downloadable one by one or all at once as a ZIP.
🔎 Wikipindai
Chrome extension for searching seven Wikimedia projects without leaving the page: select text on any site, right-click, and the result opens in the side panel. Available in 15 interface languages, with no AI and no tracking.
