Microsoft Copilot（前稱為Bing Chat[2]）是微軟開發、基於大型語言模型的聊天機械人，於2023年2月7日推出[3]，被視為Cortana的後繼產品。[4][5]

發展歷史

微軟在2022年夏天的時候看到了OpenAI的GPT模型演示，當時向微軟展示的模型比GPT-3.5（新版必應所使用的模型）強大得多。微軟在看到演示模型的強大功能之後，就拍板決定，將GPT集成到新版必應中[6][7]。

2023年2月7日，微軟正式宣布將ChatGPT整合進新版必應（英語：New Bing） 和Microsoft Edge瀏覽器中。[8]微軟將整合後的Bing稱之為「全新的Bing」[9]，整合後的聊天機械人稱為「Bing聊天」（英語：Bing Chat）[10][11][12]。

整合後的新版必應採用OpenAI的AI模型GPT 3.5的升級版GPT-4，比ChatGPT使用的GPT 3.5更強大，能夠使用最新信息和註釋答案，更好地回答搜索查詢，可以切進或切出聊天模式。它的搜索查詢框最多可以接收1,000個字符。[13]

2023年2月17日，有消息稱新版必應有Sydney、Assistant、Friend、Game四種模式，其中Sydney為默認模式，僅微軟內部人員能切換到其它模式。[14][15]

2023年2月28日，有消息稱微軟邀請了部分用戶測試必應聊天的「聊天風格」功能；用戶可於幾種模式間切換，呈現不同的聊天內容。[16][17][18]

2023年3月4日，微軟宣布為必應聊天引入了一些新的功能和特性，其中包括「精確」、「平衡」和「創意」模式；用戶可在這三種模式之間進行切換，以體驗不同的聊天語氣。[19]

2023年3月15日，微軟必應博客在美國時間2023 年3月14日以及微軟公司副總裁兼消費者首席營銷官 Yusuf Mehdi 確認 Bing Chat 聊天機械人 AI 已經在 GPT-4 上運行。[20][21][22]

2023年3月22日，微軟宣布基於 GPT-4 的必應聊天（Bing Chat）現在整合 Bing Image Creator 功能。該功能基於 OpenAI 另一個深度學習模型 DALL-E，可以基於用戶輸入的文本內容，自動生成圖像。[23]

2023年3月，必應搜尋引擎的活躍用戶總數達1億[24]；同月宣佈推出Microsoft 365 Copilot[25][26][27]。

Copilot年代

在Build 2023大會上，微軟宣布將在Windows 11中推出Copilot，用戶可直接從任務欄訪問該工具。[28]

2023年4月12日，科技媒體Bleeping Computer報道，微軟在必應搜索結果頁面引入了必應聊天體驗。不過，目前僅限於特定關鍵詞，並未覆蓋所有搜索場景。[29][30]

2023年5月4日，Bing聊天正式進入開放預覽（英語：Open Preview）模式，任何人都可以使用。[31]

2023年5月6日，微軟必應官方博客發布博文，介紹了兩項新的功能特性。其一是格式化回答的內容，第二是Image Creator支持中文等 100 多種語言。[32]

2023年5月11日，微軟更新了 AI 聊天機械人必應聊天，引入了導出聊天記錄和知識圖譜兩項功能 / 特性。[33]

2023年6月，微軟廣告和網絡服務行政總裁米哈伊爾・帕拉欣（Mikhail Parakhin）表示正為必應聊天測試圖像識別和視覺搜索功能。[34][35][36]

微軟廣告和網絡服務部門的負責人 Mikhail Parakhin 表示，從2023年6月份開始，該公司將嘗試讓必應聊天支持第三方瀏覽器。[37]此前，只有微軟的Microsoft Edge瀏覽器支持必應聊天。

2023年6月29日，IT之家報道稱微軟廣告和網絡服務主管 Mikhail Parakhin 表示會在未來幾個月內，邀請 Bing Chat 用戶參與測試 AI 炒股功能。[38]

2023年8月14日，IT之家報道稱根據Microsoft Bing行政總裁Mikhail Parakhin的說法，Bing Chat 升級已完成 99%，此次升級旨在提高 Bing Chat 的速度和可靠性，並引入第三方插件和「nosearch」等新功能。[39]

2023年9月2日，微軟必應博客發布博文，表示為必應搜索和必應聊天增強地圖服務，前者幫你規劃目的地路線，後者提醒路途是否存在危險。[40][41]

2023年10月4日，微軟宣布OpenAI 最新的 DALL-E 3 圖像生成器現在可供所有 Bing Chat 和 Bing Image Creator 用戶免費使用。[42][43]

2025年3月17日，微軟開始向 Windows 用戶全面推送 Copilot「手機連接」功能，這項功能允許用戶在 Copilot 應用中使用自然語言來設置手機定時器/鬧鐘、查看和發送短信、查找聯繫人、使用手機地圖導航等功能。[44]

2025年4月5日，在微軟 50 周年特別活動上宣布了一系列 Copilot 新功能[45]，這一系列 Copilot 新功能分別是「Copilot 記憶」、「Copilot 視覺」、「Copilot 深度研究工具」、「Copilot Actions」、「Copilot Podcast」 和 「Copilot Search」。

2025年8月7日，微軟引入使用GPT-5的「Smart」模式，向用戶免費提供[46]。

2025年10月，微軟推出類似Clippy的虛擬助手形象Mico[47][48]。

2026年8月，微軟宣佈將Microsoft Copilot、Microsoft 365 Copilot和GitHub Copilot整合至同一應用程式，而部分功能，包括Mico、深度搜索和聊天群組，將不會在新版應用程式提供[49]。分析指，微軟的舉動可視為將Copilot打造超級應用程式的技術基礎[50][51][52][53][54][55]。

技術

據微軟稱，Copilot 採用微軟的Prometheus 模型及Orchestrator組件，將用戶查詢和必應的搜尋結果[56] 、OpenAI的GPT-4[57][58] 、GPT-4 Turbo[59]、GPT-4o[60] 和GPT-５[61][62]等基礎大型語言模型相結合。

目前，用戶可以透過Copilot的網頁、Microsoft Edge瀏覽器[63]、「Copilot+ PC」的Copilot按鈕[64][65][66][67][68][69]和手機應用程式[70] [71]使用相關服務。

Copilot Voice 利用OpenAI的GPT-4o模型可以理解及生成音訊的能力，容許用戶和Copilot 進行實時對話[72]。

深度搜索

2023年12月5日，媒體報道稱微軟為Bing搜尋引擎帶來一個名叫必應深度搜索（英語：Deep Search）的功能，[73][74]並稱這項功能是建立在必應現有的網頁索引和排名系統之上，並基於 GPT-4進行了強化。

微軟稱這個功能在當用戶使用Bing搜尋引擎搜索時，GPT-4會接收相應的查詢，並針對理想搜索結果進行更加一個全面的描述[74]；但目前有媒體稱它目前就只是一個可選功能，因為它更適合那些習慣用複雜的方式去問問題的人。[75]

Copilot Pro

在2024年1月，微軟開始提供Copilot Pro增值服務，價值每月20美元。

相關服務在高峰使用時段，為訂閱者優先提供對 GPT-4 Turbo 等較新模型的存取權，並提供對 Copilot GPT Builder 和 Copilot Labs 內部的存取權限，同時允許 Microsoft Designer 的圖像創建器生成更高解像度的圖像[76][77]。

2023年2月18日，由於初始的新版必應聊天出現侮辱用戶、撒謊等問題，微軟宣布對必應聊天進行調整，限制了用戶的提問次數。

用戶每次只可以提出5個問題，超出此限制後就必須清除會話記錄，重新開始提問；每位用戶每天最多只能提50個問題，超出此限制後，必應聊天將不會回應任何問題。[78][79]

在隨後的幾周內，微軟應用戶的要求，逐漸放寬了限制[80][81][82][83][84][85][86][87]。到後來的3月29日，每日聊天次數限制放寬至300，每個會話的輪次放寬至30。[88]
